Carapuse Bay Consulting is a specialist health advisory firm, operated by Long Stretch LLC. We provide non-clinical advocacy, advisory, coordination, and consulting. For anything in this notice, write to hello@carapusebay.com.
What we collect
When you apply for a consultation we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, organisation or role if you give one, the type of engagement, how you heard about us, and a short description of what you are seeking. If you write to us by email, we hold that correspondence.
Please do not include medical records or detailed health information in the application or in email. If we work together, records are shared through a secure, encrypted portal under the terms of your engagement agreement, and they are handled with heightened care, separately from the systems described here.
How we use it
We use your details to review your application, to answer you, to arrange a scoping consultation if we are a fit, and, at the engagement stage, to run the conflict, identity, and screening checks described on our How we work page. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your application is read by our client team. We use a small number of service providers to run this website, our email, and, once engaged, identity verification and screening, each under agreements that limit what they may do with your information. We share information with anyone else only with your consent or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep applications we do not take forward only as long as is needed to deal with them, and the records of an engagement for as long as our engagement terms and the law require, under a written retention policy.
How we protect it
We encrypt information in transit and at rest, limit access to the people who need it, and keep health-related material separate from everything else.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, this notice will say so first.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need or duty to keep it. Write to hello@carapusebay.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it.
